AX NVIDIA — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These draft terms describe the proposed use of AX NVIDIA, a LEADX business AI product. They are provided for legal review and are not final published terms. The contracting entity, jurisdiction, effective date and acceptance process must be confirmed before commercial launch.

2. Description of Services

AX NVIDIA is intended to help businesses organize company information, configure assistants, manage conversations and prepare AI-readable business profiles. This isolated demonstration uses sample data and simulated responses. It does not provide live AI, durable storage, public publication or verified third-party visibility.

3. Account Registration

For a future live service, users must provide accurate account information and be authorized to act for their business. Keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access through a verified support channel. This demo does not register real accounts.

4. Subscription and Billing

No live subscriptions or payments are activated in this demonstration. Any future plan, price, renewal, cancellation, tax, billing or refund terms must be presented and accepted separately before purchase. No refund policy or billing commitment is established by this draft.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for unlawful conduct, impersonation, abuse, unauthorized access, infringement or disclosure of information you are not permitted to provide. Do not enter passwords, API keys or real customer information into this demo. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt other users.

6. AI Services and Third-Party Providers

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular decision. Review responses before relying on or sharing them. Live application AI requests use the configured NVIDIA integration where enabled; this demo makes no provider requests. ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, Gemini/Google and Kimi/Moonshot AI are third-party references, not active integrations or evidence of endorsement, partnership, guaranteed indexing, recommendations or rankings. Preparing business information does not train or update those providers’ public models.

7. Business Information and Content

Provide content only when you have the necessary rights and authority. PUBLIC classification does not by itself authorize publication: explicit approval is required. INTERNAL information is intended for authorized private business use. CONFIDENTIAL company knowledge is excluded from configured NVIDIA knowledge context in the prepared design; avoid placing confidential content into unclassified instructions or messages. No company information is published by this demonstration. Any future service license to process content must be finalized in the commercial agreement.

8. Data Privacy and Security

Demo edits are kept in page memory and reset on reload. Do not treat the demo as a secure recordkeeping service. A live-service privacy notice covering collection, processing, retention, rights, subprocessors and international transfers must be reviewed before real data is collected. Access controls and security measures cannot guarantee absolute security. See the separate Privacy disclosure draft. This section is not a substitute for a finalized live-service privacy notice.

9. Intellectual Property

Business content and third-party marks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Provider logos identify their providers and must be used in accordance with applicable permissions. No trademark license, ownership transfer or third-party affiliation is granted by displaying them. LEADX product materials and any commercial-use licenses require final rights review.

10. Service Availability

The demo is supplied for evaluation. Features may be unavailable, simulated, revised or removed. No uptime, support response, backup, recovery or availability commitment is made by this draft. Any applicable live-service commitments must be agreed separately.

11. Limitation of Liability

Do not use AI output as the sole basis for consequential business, legal, financial, safety or other professional decisions. Applicable warranties, exclusions, liability limits, mandatory consumer rights and any remedies must be established by qualified counsel for the relevant jurisdiction. No monetary liability cap or blanket waiver is invented in this draft.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

A future live service may need procedures for suspected misuse, security incidents, account suspension and termination. Grounds, notice, appeals, data export, retention and billing consequences require final legal and operational review. This demo does not implement contractual termination procedures.

13. Changes to Terms

These draft terms may change during development. A final version must state its effective date, how changes are communicated, and any required acceptance process. Continued use of this draft demonstration is not represented here as acceptance of an unreviewed commercial contract.

Preview and technology disclosures

The current preview is a static design demonstration. Its account screens do not create accounts, authenticate users, or send or save submitted form values. The product demo uses sample data and simulated activity; changes may reset on reload. No payment, subscription, trial, or autonomous outreach is activated by this preview. The landing-page chat has a server-side NVIDIA endpoint; each question may be sent to the provider. AI answers may be inaccurate.

The product owner confirms a NVIDIA integration in the actual application. Specific models and production configuration have not been independently verified for this preview. Integration does not imply NVIDIA sponsorship, endorsement, or an official partnership. Third-party names and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable permissions.

Free and Growth pricing and allowances are proposed. Free proposes 50 AI conversations total; Growth proposes 500 per month at USD $49 per month. No billing agreement is created by viewing these plans. Third-party indexing, recommendations, and rankings are not guaranteed.

PayPal is the listed payment method for the planned service. This preview has no active checkout, subscription, or payment collection. Payment, refund, cancellation, and applicable payment-provider privacy terms must be presented before purchase.

Sandbox subscription testing

The checkout panel supports PayPal Sandbox subscriptions only when configured. The intended plan is USD $49 monthly without a trial or setup fee. Sandbox approval creates no real charge and does not grant paid features. A verified signed-in LEADX account is required. Manage test subscription cancellation in the Sandbox buyer account. Live cancellation, refunds, tax treatment and service entitlements must be finalized before real billing is enabled. PayPal may require a separate approval window; the application does not intentionally navigate the main page away.
