This draft describes the account-screen design preview, not a verified privacy policy for the live AX application. The legal entity, effective date, privacy contact, and applicable jurisdiction must be confirmed before launch.
Preview account registration
Registration submits your name, email, username, mobile number, and password to the server. The existing authentication service stores account information and a bcrypt password hash in a dedicated Preview database. Email verification uses the configured email provider. Session cookies are Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. Use a test account and an email you control; do not submit confidential business records. Retention, deletion procedures and the final live-service notice require review.
Hosting and browser activity
Loading the site involves requests to its hosting infrastructure. Request metadata may be processed by the hosting provider. This draft does not claim that the website collects no personal data. Hosting logs, retention, cookies, analytics, and any other processing require a full configuration review.
Live AI and business information
The landing-page chat sends each submitted question to NVIDIA through a server-side endpoint. The endpoint does not include previous conversation history or customer records in the request. It does not intentionally log or persist message content. A dedicated Preview database stores SHA-256 hashed network identifiers, usage counters, and limit-expiry timestamps to control abuse. Hashing is not anonymization; a retention and cleanup policy remains to be finalized. NVIDIA processing and retention require review under the applicable provider terms. The actual application’s NVIDIA integration requires a separate review of what information is sent, the recipients and purposes, retention, model-provider practices, and any international transfers. No unverified promise of confidentiality, residency, or exclusion from model training is made here.
Before live registration
A finalized notice must identify the data controller and contact channel; data categories and purposes; applicable legal bases; processors and recipients; retention and deletion; security practices; cookies; international transfers; and rights and request procedures applicable to users. Live registration remains unavailable pending implementation and review.

PayPal is the listed payment method for the planned service. This preview has no active checkout, subscription, or payment collection. Payment, refund, cancellation, and applicable payment-provider privacy terms must be presented before purchase.
PayPal Sandbox checkout
When configured, opening checkout loads PayPal’s JavaScript SDK. PayPal may process browser and device information and opens its own approval experience. Signed-in users can create Sandbox subscriptions. The application stores the account identifier, PayPal subscription identifier, status, idempotency request identifier, verified webhook event identifiers and event types. It does not collect card numbers or PayPal passwords. Retention and deletion procedures require final review before live payments. No live billing is enabled by this integration.
